MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE (MLD)

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a slow, gentle massage that encourages lymph flow to reduce swelling, and edema (including post-surgical). It can ease sinus congestion, support healing, calm the nervous system, and relieve feelings of heaviness or stagnation. Note: Initial and full-body sessions require at least 90 minutes; 120-minute sessions may also incorporate therapeutic bodywork.
