Renee completed her Master of Physical Therapy at Western University after earning her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University. During her studies, she worked with diverse populations and gained hands-on experience as a strength and conditioning intern with the Laurier Men’s Football Team. Her passion for physiotherapy began after an injury cut short her competitive cheerleading career. Going through the rehabilitation process firsthand gave her not only a deep appreciation for the healing power of movement, but also a genuine commitment to helping others overcome setbacks and return to the activities that bring them joy. Renee brings an energetic and compassionate approach to her practice. She believes movement is a gift and that regaining confidence in one’s body can be life changing. With a balanced approach that blends exercise and manual therapy, she strives to guide each patient toward their personal goals, whether that’s playing sports, keeping up with loved ones, or simply moving with ease in daily life. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her playing volleyball, hiking, or relaxing with a good book.
