Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialized, gentle massage modality designed to speed up the lymphatic system within our bodies, enhancing the body's natural ability to eliminate toxins and excess fluid. MLD is great for reducing edema/swelling caused by fluid retention or for conditions of lymphedema and post-surgical recovery. MLD helps boost immune function, improves skin health, relieves stress and fatigue as well as helps accelerate healing.
