Callie is a Certified Massage Therapist specializing in deep tissue massage, sports massage, and nerve mobilization techniques. Her approach is results-driven and focused on getting to the root cause of pain and restriction, rather than simply providing temporary relief. With a personal passion for exercise and yoga, Callie brings an intuitive understanding of how the body moves and functions. She uses that knowledge to tailor each session to the individual, supporting clients with chronic tension, mobility limitations, muscular imbalances, and recovery needs. When appropriate, she also offers helpful stretching and mobility guidance clients can use at home to support lasting progress. What Callie finds most rewarding is helping clients experience meaningful change — walking in with discomfort and leaving with more freedom, less pain, and a body that feels and moves better. Outside the clinic, Callie enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, line dancing, and horseback riding.

Besides aiding in relaxation, massage therapy has major therapeutic benefits. It plays an important part in treating injury and contributing to general good health. Massage before participating in sports enhances performance by improving circulation and flexibility. After the event, it improves the body’s natural ability to recover by decreasing the accumulation of metabolic waste in body tissues. Looking to accelerate your recovery and enhance your performance? Including deep tissue massage as part of your training regimen helps with rehab and injury prevention.
