For most of my life I have ridden and tended to horses. Being a physically demanding hobby I did suffer from a few injuries through the years, and my injuries eventually led me to discover the benefits of manual therapy. My discovery of manual therapy and my love for health and fitness were ultimately what led me to the path of becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. As an RMT I love studying human anatomy and learning about different types of conditions, helping my clients to reach their goals and enjoy finding ways to provide pain management solutions for my clients. I graduated with honors from the massage therapy program at Eastern College, and have since completed courses in understanding the complexity of concussion and evidence informed clinical cupping. I am very happy be working with the team here at Rehab1 and look forward to connecting with my future clients!
