Jennifer is a licensed massage therapist, personal trainer, and nutritional coach. She has been in the wellness industry for over 10 years. She is also on the American Massage Therapy Association board as second Vice President. Jennifer continually strives to expand her knowledge and skills though continuing education courses, both required and optional. She believes the best way to serve her clients is to stay informed and current on new techniques in massage and bodywork. She practices integrative massage, which is a combination of techniques from different massage modalities based on each clients specific needs. The different modalities implemented in her practice include: Orthopedic , Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Connective Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral, Pregnancy, Joint Mobilization, Injury Rehabilitation, and Postural Assessment. As her client, you can be sure that you will be treated with dignity and respect and she will work with you to tailor your sessions so that you gain the maximum benefits. Her goal is to provide a plan to alleviate pain, combat fatigue as well as decrease muscle and joint stiffness. She can work with you on injury rehabilitation, assist in the relief of neck and back pain or help you forget about life stresses with a relaxation focused treatment. Each client is unique just as the touch of each therapist is different. Knowing this, she keeps an open mind and listens to the needs of each individual client.

Massage

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
