Lori, the owner of Sol Sister Studio, has been a licensed massage therapist (LMT) since 2015 and Yoga Teacher (YT) since 2018. Lori has also pursued Holistic Health Education & Herbalism to deepen her knowledge of Wellness and add to both her massage and yoga practice. Her philosophy when it comes to massage therapy is holistic - supporting the client as a whole and empowering the client to advocate for their own wellbeing. Lori's approach to yoga is focused on regulating the nervous system through intentional breath and movement to create more balance both in body and mind. Her classes are beginner-friendly and offer gentle movement with opportunities to deepen the student's individual practices. When she is away from the studio you can find Lori spending time with her family, kayaking, sipping on tea (maybe coffee), or learning about herbal medicine.
