This style of massage is deep broad pressure without the annoyance of sharp elbows or thumbs. Deep slow movement on different muscles encourages tissue mobility and flexibility. Remobilize joint, deep pressure all while the massage therapist uses her feet. You may have heard of ashiatsu massage which is pressure , this massage uses pressure and glide.
Lymphatic Drainage
