Dr. Al Vieira has completed his Naturopathic Medicine studies at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Al is also a Holistic Nutritionist, an Iridologist, and has Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Al’s passion for natural healing started 10 years ago after a life scare. Al decided to approach the disease in a non-conventional way. Al was able to manage the disease in an integrative manner, using the best of allopathic and natural medicine together. Al wanted a treatment that could not also heal him physically but in all aspects of his body, mind, and spirit. Meditation, nutrition, and lifestyle changes were the most important pillars to support his healing process. After seeing the power of natural healing during the journey, Al was motivated to get a formal education, with the main objective to help others. First, Al became a nutritionist, then an iridologist. However, Al knew that the real healing would occur after he pursue his old dream, to become a doctor. That is when Al decided to complete the Naturopathic Medicine Doctorate at CCNM. During the Naturopathic medicine course, Al fell in love with modalities like acupuncture, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, naturopathic manipulation, botanical medicine, and nutrition. Al’s goal is to help patients with pain or discomfort- physical or emotional. This would be done by identifying root causes and treating to reduce ailment. The treatments would be designed especially for your needs. Al believes in empowering the body to do what it knows best- HEAL. Ultimately, the treatments would support and enable you to live a more vibrant, energetic, and rewarding life.
