As a Massage Therapist, I’m deeply drawn to the relationship between body and mind, and to how intentional, therapeutic touch can support both. I believe we flourish when the body is approached with compassion, curiosity, and care. With an extensive background in sports, I bring a strong appreciation for how the body moves, adapts, and communicates as an integrated whole. This perspective shapes my clinical approach: rather than focusing solely on isolated symptoms, I consider broader patterns of movement, tension, and nervous system response that influence how we feel in our bodies day to day. My treatments draw from a range of evidence-based techniques, including: myofascial work, neuromuscular facilitation, trigger point techniques, Swedish and deep tissue massage. Each session is patient-centred and collaborative, tailored to support your individual goals—whether that means reducing pain, improving mobility, enhancing performance, or creating space for rest and reconnection. By working with the body’s natural responses, my goal is to support long-term healing, balance, and resilience. Ultimately, my aim is simple: to help you achieve your goals, whatever that may look like for you.
