Hello, my name is Heidi Holcomb. I have been practicing massage in Eugene for the last 10 years. My goal is to facilitate your bodies natural ability to heal by regulating the nervous system, facilitating the mind-body connection and assisting to create balance of your muscles, and soft tissue so that your body can recover to the best of it's ability.
Our integrative approach to massage therapy incorporates multiple styles or techniques to treat a range of issues. You may experience deep tissue work, myofascial release techniques, Swedish massage, Thai massage techniques, cupping, and/ or other modalities. We will work with you to find what is most effective for your body and wellbeing.
