Abigail earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from McMaster University after completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Toronto. Her passion for physiotherapy stems from a lifelong involvement in sports. With a competitive background in basketball, soccer, and track and field, Abigail developed a deep appreciation for movement and the human body, which inspired her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. She has experience working with diverse populations, from children to high-level university athletes, helping each individual achieve their goals through personalized care. Abigail believes in empowering her patients through education, encouragement, and active participation in their recovery. Her approach combines exercise-based rehabilitation, manual therapy and education to help clients move and feel their best. Outside of the clinic, you can find Abigail exploring Toronto’s food scene in search of the best calamari, trying out new recipes, and enjoying the great outdoors with friends and family.
