Krispin transitioned from the hospitality industry into health and wellness, motivated by a desire to understand human physiology and help people recover from pain, heal injuries, and return to their favorite activities. He completed an intensive two-year program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, where he gained in-depth knowledge of musculoskeletal systems, nervous system functionality, cardiovascular systems, and massage techniques perfected over generations. Graduating with honors, Krispin passed the board exam in British Columbia to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). After relocating to Alberta, he continues to assist clients in recovering from injuries and managing pain caused by various health conditions. In his practice, Krispin utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques, including: Swedish techniques: classical manipulations used in massage therapy Myofascial release: soft tissue therapy to loosen fascia layers Trigger point release: addressing tight spots in the body that cause pain locally or referred pain Deep tissue massage: techniques that target tissues below the superficial fascia Joint mobilization: gentle joint movement to improve range of motion and reduce pain Relaxation massage: for clients looking to reduce stress and tension Pre- and post-natal massage: alleviating pregnancy-related joint swelling, back pain, and leg strain Cupping: applying vacuum force beneath a small vessel on the skin’s surface, stimulating blood flow, metabolic activity, and immune function Shockwave therapy: using strong energy pulses to stimulate metabolism and blood circulation, accelerating tissue regeneration and promoting healing of bone and connective tissues
