Clinical Interests: hand/wrist injuries, hypermobility/postural injuries, running injuries, TMJ (jaw) pain, dry needling. Alexis grew up in Toronto before moving to Vancouver to receive both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Physiotherapy degrees at UBC. Alexis works with clients of all ages, and hopes to empower clients to participate in their recovery through active rehab and communication throughout their rehab. She believes in the importance of helping her clients understand their body’s anatomy and movement patterns to create motivating recovery plans. Alexis is certified in Dry Needling, and has taken additional courses on lower limb running injuries, K-Taping, Level 1 AIM orthopedics and TMJ (jaw) dysfunction. In her free time, you can find Alexis swimming or wandering.

The approximate time for this visit can be upwards of 45-60 minutes dependent on the scope of the reason of your visit.
