Soul2Sole Massage Duggan Clinic
3909 106 St. NW, Edmonton, AB, T6J2S3
As a Registered Massage Therapist, my practice is centered on the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal and soft tissue conditions. I utilize evidence-informed techniques including deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point treatment, infant massage, myofascial remodeling, and craniosacral therapy to support pain management, injury rehabilitation, and functional improvement. To further enhance my clinical approach, I completed advanced training in Manual Osteopathic Therapy at the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. This additional education strengthens my ability to perform thorough assessments, identify biomechanical dysfunctions, and apply a whole-body, integrative treatment approach within my scope as an RMT. My treatments focus on identifying the underlying causes of pain and movement restrictions, addressing compensatory patterns, and supporting optimal mobility, balance, and overall function. I am committed to providing safe, consistent, and results-oriented care tailored to each client’s individual needs and treatment goals. Manual Osteopathic Therapy services will be offered at this clinic in the near future
Massage Therapy
Relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle, flowing style help promote a sense of relaxation, and improves circulation. Relaxation massage is perfect for a long workday or help lowering stress and improve mental health.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage involves light, smooth, rhythmic touch to the skin plus pumping at the lymph nodes. These techniques encourage the Lymphatic system to better do its job: gathering old cells (including pathogens, toxins and plasma proteins), guiding them out of the body and making way for newly oxygenated cells to nourish organs, muscles and extremities. Lymphatic Drainage may be helpful for many reasons: pre and post surgery, post workout soreness, recovery post sickness, spring cleaning, relaxation and especially to treat fluid retention.
