Kathryn is from Raquette Lake, New York. She graduated from the New York Institute of Massage in 2013, she specializes in therapeutic massage and energy work. Kathryn received her Reiki I & II Certification in 2013 and Reiki Master Certification in 2019. She graduated in May 2022 from the University at Buffalo with her Master's in Social Work. She is trained in EMDR with her primary focus in trauma therapy. Kathryn believes in a multifaceted holistic approach to healing, to attain the best results multiple modalities must be used. In May 2023 she completed Uplifted Kundalini 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Trigger point therapy increases blood flow and promotes relaxation, aiding in increased flexibility and movement of muscles. Session includes hot towels. *90+ minute sessions are recommended for full body therapy
