Melissa has been a Registered Massage Therapist serving the Cornwall community for nearly ten years. She graduated from a local private college and went on to become registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in 2014. Throughout her career she has specialized in a deep tissue style massage, but has went on to complete additional trainings in oncology massage, prenatal and postpartum massage as well as massage for infants and children. She is also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation, Silicone Cupping for Myofascial Release as well as K-Tape. Melissa has spent some of her career as a Massage Therapist as an academic educator and clinical supervisor at the local college where she taught several groups of student whom achieved their goals of becoming Massage Therapists themselves! In her spare time, Melissa is a mom to two young boys and enjoys outings and quality time with her spouse and children and other family. She likes reading, cooking and baking and in recent years has developed interest in gardening!
