Aidyn Carr, is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2023. With a background as a competitive dancer, Aidyn developed a strong passion for movement and its role in supporting overall function, mobility, and recovery. Aidyn’s clinical approach focuses on restoring optimal movement patterns and reducing pain through fascial-based techniques, therapeutic massage, and movement-based therapies. Treatment plans are tailored to each individual, with an emphasis on improving mobility, supporting injury rehabilitation, and enhancing long-term musculoskeletal health. Aidyn enjoys treating patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and pre- and post-pregnancy clients, and strives to provide evidence-informed care in a professional clinical setting.
