Stephanie is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy Program at CDI College. Stephanie’s goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can work toward their individual wellness goals. She has experience working with a wide range of clients and particularly enjoys treating weekend warriors and older adults. She incorporates a wide range of techniques into her treatments, including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, and joint mobilizations. Stephanie has a background in health care working as a Vision Therapist of 9 years treating patients with visual and learning disabilities as well as those suffering from visual symptoms due to concussion. She has also obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia Okanagan, which has provided her with a strong foundation in human movement, anatomy, and exercise science to support her therapeutic practice. Outside of the clinic Stephanie can be found exploring the city looking for unique cafes and restaurants or taking a class at her local spin studio. She also enjoys travelling, camping, and playing volleyball and tennis. Stephanie is currently welcoming new patients and looks forward to meeting you!
