When customizing treatments, Amanda can make use of a variety of techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point, joint and rhythmic mobilization, hydrotherapy, Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, fascial, intra-oral/buccal, and Thai massage. Her touch is firm, using pressure ranging from light to deep. Amanda provides quiet treatments, allowing her patients to reconnect with their body and to let healing take place. She is a strong believer that patients’ engagement with their treatment process, including consistent self-care, is essential for a successful outcome.
