His background in sports such as football, rugby, weight training, and powerlifting enhances his understanding of neuromuscular movement patterns, allowing him to deliver effective treatments. Certified in IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) and proficient in techniques like Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, PNF, and Joint Mobilization, Meexay addresses a variety of conditions, including tension headaches, neck and back pain, and lower body issues.
