Heidi Zanolli, LMT, CMLDT is a graduate of Lansdale School of Businesss Massage Therapy Diploma Program. She is also a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (Vodder Technique). Prior to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, Heidi completed her degree for Health Services Management with a concentration in Holistic Health & Nutrition. She has experience in both medical and therapeutic massage and believes in tailoring each massage to meet the clients needs. She is proficient in a variety of massage modalities including cupping, oncology, prenatal, manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point, deep tissue, sports, hot stones, aromatherapy, and Swedish. Her additional trainings are in acupressure, reflexology, craniosacral and myofascial release, and she often incorporates those techniques into her massage sessions. Heidi is also a newborn nanny and a labor & postpartum doula. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her husband, fitness, growing her own vegetables, watching independent films, living a natural & clean life, and having FUN!
Massage Therapy
A therapeutic massage may include a variety of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, or more. It can include any or all of these modalities and techniques necessary to address your needs. Pressure can also range from light to firm, with a focus on either targeted areas or the whole body.
Reflexology
Pressure specifically applied on the feet to release blockages along the energy pathways throughout the whole body. Can improve digestion, circulation, and tension. Helps restore balance and total well being.
