Arman’s treatments consist of a combination of manual therapy, dry needling (including Gunn IMS), individualized exercise prescription, and education to help clients return to participating in the activities that are most meaningful to them. Having grown up in Ottawa as an active member in the local soccer community, Arman acted as a team coach during his Bachelor Degree where he helped support the development of various local youth players. More recently, he has worked with local soccer clubs and the Ontario Soccer Association providing on-field coverage for Provincial Level games, and in 2021 he worked as a physiotherapist for the Atletico Ottawa soccer team, helping the team stay game-ready during their season. In his spare time, Arman enjoys spending time outdoors, working out regularly, listening to music and audiobooks, and playing soccer among other sports. He is here to serve you in both English and French!
If this is the first time seeing our physiotherapist for this specific injury, we must conduct a full thorough assessment. This will allow time for the Physiotherapist to assess and explain your diagnosis and plan, as well as provide a treatment. All of our assessments and treatments are carried out in private rooms to ensure your comfort.
