Welcome! Im Gina, a licensed massage therapist and owner of Relax & Renew Massage. In June 2022, I successfully completed the 650 hour program at Springs Bath House School of Massage Therapy, passed the Massage and Bodywork Licensing Exam (MBLEx), and obtained my massage therapy license. I then opened my massage practice in July 2022. Prior to obtaining my massage therapy license, I taught Middle School Math and Science for 4 years. During my last year teaching, I put a bigger emphasis on my self-care by doing a few things for myself, including a monthly massage. When I realized how much massage therapy helped my overall well-being, I really wanted to help others in that same way by becoming a massage therapist. I thoroughly enjoy helping others relax, reduce stress, and ease pain. I am committed to helping my clients feel their best and reach their wellness goals. I currently help clients of all ages, specializing in Swedish and deep tissue massage (with more massage modalities to be added at a later date). When Im not doing massage, you will usually find me spending time with my husband and two kids, playing with our two dogs, trying a new recipe in the kitchen, listening to music and podcasts, watching a good movie, or reading.
