Sammy completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at Monash University in 2019. Since then, she has worked in private practice, managing a variety of sports and musculoskeletal injuries . Having trained in Pilates alongside her physio training, Sammy uses these principles in rehabilitation combined with a ‘hands-on’ treatment approach to address the individual goals of her patients. Sammy’s background as a gymnast and a coach has inspired her interest in biomechanics and passion for working with dancers and gymnasts to prevent injury and help them get the most out of their bodies safely. She continues to be involved with gymnastics including travelling with the Victorian team to the Australian Championships .
