Devanshi is a Registered Physiotherapist with over four years of experience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2019 and began her career in a multispecialty hospital, where she worked in inpatient and outpatient care units. Her early experience exposed her to a wide range of conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and pediatric cases. She has treated patients with arthritis, sports injuries, muscle and ligament strains, radiculopathies, peripheral nerve injuries, chronic neck and low back pain, sciatica, pre- and post-operative orthopedic conditions, and post-cancer rehabilitation. Her neurological caseload has included patients with Parkinson’s disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Guillain Barré syndrome, and pediatric patients with cerebral palsy, developmental delays, and Down syndrome. She has also worked in post-cardiac surgery and pulmonary rehabilitation, helping patients restore strength and endurance after critical illness. After moving to Canada in 2021, Devanshi completed further studies in Healthcare Management and Exercise Science for Health and Performance. During this time, she worked as a Physiotherapist Assistant in long-term care, assisting residents in improving and maintaining mobility and quality of life. Following her studies, she began practicing as a Physiotherapist in Canada, where she continues to treat a broad range of conditions including acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation (hip, knee, and shoulder replacements, surgical repairs, and fracture recovery), and movement dysfunctions. Over time, Devanshi developed a growing interest in pelvic floor physiotherapy and pursued specialized training to expand her practice. She now helps individuals with pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, prenatal and postnatal care, and other pelvic health concerns. More recently she completed advanced training in the assessment and treatment of Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorders, allowing her to support patients experiencing Jaw pain, clicking, headaches, teeth grinding, and related neck and facial symptoms. Devanshi provides one-on-one, patient-centered treatment using a biopsychosocial and trauma-informed approach, addressing not only the physical aspects of pain and recovery but also the emotional and environmental factors that influence healing. Her practice integrates manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and education to help patients achieve meaningful and lasting results. She has also completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and incorporates elements of movement, mindfulness, and breathwork into her sessions when appropriate.
