A powerful blend of integrative techniques—including tissue manipulation, PNF stretching, neuromuscular re-education, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)—works to reset the body, rewire old patterns, and restore balance from the inside out. Using muscle testing, the provider taps into the body’s innate intelligence to identify the root causes of both physical and emotional imbalances, creating real transformation beyond symptomatic relief. This approach is especially helpful for chronic pain, acute injuries, tension, and calming an overstimulated nervous system.
