For Ariel, movement is both a clinical tool and a personal language. Having competed as an athlete at the international level, he developed an intimate understanding of what the body demands under pressure — and what it needs to recover with intention. That lived experience now informs every treatment plan he builds. Ariel holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy with Merit from the University of Central Lancashire and an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. His training spans musculoskeletal, neurological, and sport rehabilitation, grounded in the science of human movement, biomechanics, and exercise physiology. His clinical focus spans three populations who often share more in common than they expect: post-operative patients, competitive athletes, and seniors. Each is navigating a body in transition. Each deserves a path back that is specific to them. His treatment approach draws from myofascial release and cupping, dry needling, and therapeutic exercise — applied with the precision of someone who understands performance from the inside out. He is not interested in managing symptoms in isolation. He looks for the underlying pattern, addresses it directly, and builds the patient’s capacity to sustain the result.
A comprehensive evaluation that involves the patient's condition and the appropriate treatment. The assessment will include patient history, physical examination, diagnosis and a treatment plan.
