Colton is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2022. Growing up in an active sports household and competing at a high level, he experienced his own share of injuries and developed a firsthand understanding of the rehabilitation process and the importance of recovery and self-care. His background in athletics continues to influence his approach to massage therapy. Colton enjoys working with a wide range of patients, from those looking for relaxation and general maintenance to individuals recovering from sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and orthopaedic conditions. Colton adapts each treatment to the patient’s individual needs, activity level, and goals. He believes that education is an important part of rehabilitation and aims to help patients better understand their bodies and the steps they can take to support their recovery outside of treatment. Whether helping someone return to an active lifestyle, manage physical discomfort, or simply feel and move better, Colton’s focus is on providing practical, individualized care that contributes to better function and quality of life.
