Heather has always had a keen interest in health and balanced lifestyle. A true believer that that there are many alternative ways to compliment mainstream medical health and wellness modalities. She comes from an athletic background having completed 3 Ironman Canada races, Challenge Penticton Long Course, has completed three 50K trail races and has so many more adventures on her bucket list. So, maintaining a healthy body and healthy lifestyle are top priority. Reflexology is certainly a passion for Heather. She is a Certified Reflexologist and studied both foot and hand reflexology through the Canadian Reflexology School. Throughout her practice she has worked with a number of clients coming to see her for help with: *anxiety *digestive issues *back pain *joint pain and inflammation *menopause *plantar fasciitis Reflexology is a science and an art based on the principle that there are reflexes on the hands, feet and ears that relate to the entire body, glands and organs. By applying pressure using specific thumb and finger techniques, reflexology will help to reduce tension in the body, promote relaxation, improve circulation, promote healing and help to bring the body and mind back to balance.
