Massage
This is a full body stone massage! Smooth stones are heated and used with oil or essential oils. The therapeutic effects of heat relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, massage stones induce deep relaxation and provide a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Lymphatic Drainage
NOT A DEEP OR AGRESSIVE MASSAGE; call office if POST SURGERY (this may be very different from the service you were given at recovery): GENTLE PUMPING moves waste products out body. Good for: -before/after surgical procedures to flush stagnant fluids/help scars - Swelling/Stagnation - Lymphedema in the limbs or body (legs, arms, neck, feet, hands) - Feeling sluggish/fatigue/detoxing - after a surgical procedure of any kind - post plastic surgery (BBL, Laser Lipo, TT, Mommy makeover, ect)
