Kendra graduated from UBCs Northern and Rural Masters of Physical Therapy program, where she gained experience in various communities and health care settings across BC. She enjoys empowering individuals to return to meaningful activities, helping them experience aha movement-moments through teaching and coaching. She utilizes the power of exercise, manual therapy, and knowledge sharing to optimize her patients strength, mobility and sense of self-efficacy. As a retired professional and USport volleyball player and coach, Kendra has always loved exploring movement. Her multi-sport background, and various injuries have given her a strong understanding of the complex demands that all activities place on the body. She has a special interest in treating pelvic floor conditions, and wants to make you feel safe and comfortable when addressing these sensitive topics. Kendra enjoys spending her free time in the west coast trails mountain biking, running and exploring all the nature our ecosystems have to offer.
