My name is LaKesa Gray and I am Licensed Massage Therapist in Tuscaloosa, AL. My interest in massage therapy began when I received my first massage from my sister, Arnesha Winters, Licensed Massage Therapist of Jacksonville, FL. From that moment on I decided that massage therapy would play a major role in my life. I began to personally study how much the benefits of massage therapy could change everyday motion and your overall attitude towards life. My studies continued when I began attending massage therapy school. With the education of the different aspects of massage therapy from my instructor and observing my sister, I can honestly say that I have become dedicated to massage therapy. With a concentration in Pain Management Therapy, I hope to show you what every day life feels when you are pain free. My mission is to provide each of my clients with a customized session that leaves them feeling relaxed and fluid. My current areas of practice include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Thai, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Prenatal massage.
