Natalie is a graduate from West Coast College of Massage Therapy who has always had an interest in massage and wellness. She is passionate about helping people from all walks of life to enhance their physical and mental well-being. While Natalie is experienced with a range of orthopedic conditions, she has a special interest in treating extremities, including in-depth hand & foot treatments – addressing conditions such as plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, and fractures. She incorporates a variety of techniques including Swedish, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, attachment release, and active and passive stretching.
