Param is a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals restore their physical well-being and enhance their quality of life. Holding a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy from Punjabi University Patiala, India, she has built a strong foundation in the field, specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Her expertise includes complementing hands-on therapeutic techniques such as joint mobilizations and soft tissue release with active exercises to reduce pain, improve joint function, and promote movement. She also specializes mulligan’s mobilization, Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) with dry needling to address chronic muscle pain, trigger points, and nerve-related issues. Additionally, Param is a Level 2 Vestibular and Concussion Therapist, further enhancing her ability to assist patients with vestibular disorders and post-concussion rehabilitation. Param also has certification in TMJ management Physiotherapy. Outside of her professional life, Param enjoys staying active by going to the gym, hiking and indulging in some shopping.
