Omid has worked with individuals of varying fitness levels, from high-performance athletes to casual exercise-goers, crafting tailored conditioning routines using physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, active release techniques, cupping and functional movement analysis. During his academic journey, Omid served as an athletic therapist for Men’s Rugby and Lacrosse teams at McMaster University, and worked as an athletic trainer for provincial youth soccer leagues, focusing on soccer-related injuries. This exposure refined his expertise in sports-specific training and underscored the importance of a holistic approach to mechanics and injury prevention. Omid’s patient-centered approach emphasizes collaboration, involving patients in the creation of personalized programs incorporating techniques like manual therapy, targeted exercises, and educational guidance.
