Sharen obtained her 3000-hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy diploma from Makami College in 2023. She focuses on relaxation mixed with therapeutic techniques including stretching and trigger point release. Sharen spends her free time at the gym taking different fitness classes such as spin, pilates, yoga, pole, etc. She also has two cats and is fluent in Tagalog.
