Growing up in northeastern Thailand, Thai massage, foot massage, and traditional medicine were an integral part of daily life in my community. These wellness practices were more than just rituals—they were a way to nurture both body and spirit. In recent years, Thai massage has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage tradition, and I take great pride in sharing this rich cultural practice with fellow Jasperites and our visitors. Outside of my work, I find joy in cooking for my family and friends, creating meals that bring people together. I also cherish my time in the garden, where I can connect with nature and cultivate beauty and nourishment.
