Whether booking a private bodywork session, psychedelic journey session, attending one of her yoga classes, or joining a monthly Thai massage Workshop, Sidney will bring her creative expertise to empower others on their path to well-being, authentic connection and deeper awareness of self. Sidneys dedication to healing led her to become a certified Massage Therapist in 1999, marking the beginning of her path into holistic wellness. Sidney is a seasoned practitioner of Hatha Yoga, having obtained her certification from Mount Madonna Center in 2003. Thai Massage was ignited in 2006 during her immersive training at the revered Wat Pho Temple in Bangkok, Thailand. For deeper refining of skills, she pursued studies and apprenticeships at Twin Lakes College of Healing Arts and Spirit Winds School of Thai Massage. She has somatic trauma training from Hakomi Institute and further somatic training from The Embody Lab. Her coaching skills are uniquely curated to compassionately hold what is currently emerging in bodywork sessions, psychedelic journey session or coaching sessions. She is the founder of The Temple of Touch - a body of playfully curated education for non-professionals to explore the healing traditions and modern practices of Yoga asana, Thai Massage, Qigong and interactive group and partner connection exercises.
