Astrid graduated from the Camosun College Massage Therapy Diploma Program with Honours in 2024. Astrid is committed to excellence in all aspects of her work and is always searching for continuous learning and growth. She has 10 years of Manual Osteopathy experience, and she is a true believer in care and commitment as sources of healing. Astrid has gained valuable experience in treating musculoskeletal injuries as well as helping patients, having the opportunity to apply her knowledge to diverse patient populations. Her treatment approach is to help quiet the client’s nervous system and promote wellness by creating a relaxing environment. She is also able to provide deeper treatments using these same principles either with soft techniques or mobilizing the joints, having more active treatments. Astrid is particularly drawn to using her knowledge as a way for patients to get back to their activities of daily living or favorite hobbies.
