Nirada is a California-licensed and nationally certified acupuncturist dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care for those seeking balance in mind, body, and spirit. She received her Master’s degree from Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and furthered her clinical training at the Beijing International Acupuncture Training Center at the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences in Beijing. She also gained invaluable experience as an intern at the USC Wellness Center at the historic General Hospital in downtown Los Angeles, where she provided community acupuncture and led TCM nutrition workshops. With over seven years of hands-on clinical experience, she supports patients across a wide range of conditions including pain and musculoskeletal issues, digestive concerns, stress and anxiety, insomnia and women’s health. She also specializes in facial acupuncture, a gentle and holistic approach that supports underlying imbalances in the body—helping to reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote overall wellness while enhancing the natural vitality of the skin. In 2025, Nirada began volunteering regularly with Acupuncturists Without Borders (AWB) to provide free community acupuncture for individuals directly impacted by the LA wildfires. As part of a larger collaborative effort between AWB, the Integrative Healers Action Network (IHAN) and the Volunteer Fire Foundation (VFF), she joined IHAN’s integrative healthcare team to support the LA Wildfires First Responder Wellness Program—supporting firefighters and first responders through trauma-informed, holistic care. Outside the clinic, Nirada loves cooking, listening to music, practicing internal arts like ba gua zhang and qi gong, traveling, spending time in nature, and participating in Buddhist community activities that foster peace, culture and connection.
