I’m Kari Schwager, founder of Needle & Glow, an acupuncture and wellness practice in Chicago. At Needle & Glow, my primary focus is acupuncture—a powerful, time-tested therapy that supports women’s health by addressing hormonal shifts, digestive issues, stress, autoimmune conditions, and more. By treating the root causes of imbalance, I help my clients achieve lasting relief and overall well-being. My own experience with chronic illness led me to explore acupuncture alongside other holistic therapies, including neuromuscular therapy, Pilates, and nutrition. Seeing how these approaches work together to improve health inspired me to build Needle & Glow with the same integrative philosophy. Instead of masking symptoms, I focus on deep, lasting healing. I also offer natural skin rejuvenation treatments, including cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling, as part of a whole-body approach to wellness. Healthy skin starts from within, so I incorporate strategies that reduce inflammation, improve digestion, and support overall vitality—helping my clients look and feel their best.
