Sabreen is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated from Humber College with a diploma in Massage Therapy and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University. As an RMT, Sabreen prioritizes patient-centered care, empowering her patients to actively participate in their wellness journeys through education and self-care. She strives to identify the root cause of pain by conducting range-of-motion testing and orthopedic assessments, enabling her to develop individualized treatment plans that address each patient’s concerns and goals. Sabreen has experience treating various conditions, including chronic low back pain, scoliosis, piriformis syndrome, and postural imbalances. She is skilled in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and sports massage, employing a range of techniques such as trigger point therapy, Swedish techniques, myofascial release, muscle stripping, and PNF stretching. These approaches effectively relieve muscle tension and pain while enhancing range of motion and mobility. Additionally, she provides remedial exercises to maximize the benefits of treatment. Sabreen has worked with diverse populations, including palliative care patients, athletes, pre- and post-partum individuals, and those with neurological or chronic conditions. Her broad experience allows her to understand and address the unique needs of each patient.
