I grew up in Paradise, Montana, graduated from the Universtiy of Washington and spent the next 20 years Stage Managing for Opera Companies all over the United States. I'm happy to be back in Montana! I always felt a connection with people and massage therapy has helped me make a new connection without leaving home. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2012. I am trained in many disciplines: Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Total Body Balancing, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral Manipulation, Pregnancy massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Reflexology. I am a Reiki Master and have also been trained in Energetic Balancing. I offer in person and distance healing in both these disciplines. The words that come to mind when I think of my practice are: grounded, secure, balanced, innovative, open minded and loving.
