I believe that pain and injury shouldn’t define what you’re capable of doing. My goal as a chiropractor is to help people move with confidence, understand their bodies better, and get back to the activities that make life meaningful - whether that’s training in the gym, playing sports, keeping up with family, or simply getting through the day without pain. What drew me to this profession was the opportunity to combine my passion for living a healthy-active lifestyle and problem-solving to help people achieve lasting results. I enjoy working with patients to identify the underlying factors contributing to their symptoms rather than simply chasing pain from appointment to appointment. Success, to me, is seeing someone regain confidence in their body and return to doing the things they thought pain had taken away from them. When you work with me, you can expect a thorough assessment, a clear explanation of what’s going on, and a treatment plan tailored to your goals. I combine hands-on care, including joint manipulation, soft tissue therapy, and acupuncture, with individualized exercise programs designed to improve strength, mobility, and resilience. My aim is not only to help you feel better but to equip you with the tools to stay better long-term. Outside the clinic, I’m usually lifting weights, trying to convince myself that mobility work is just as important as bench press, binge-watching the newest fantasy TV show, or getting overly worked up about the Toronto Maple Leafs. I genuinely enjoy learning about what helps people move and feel their best, and I bring that same energy into every appointment. Whether you have questions about your injury, your training, or why your squat feels different on one side, I’m always happy to chat.
