Dr. Tera Grimes grew up in Mabank, Texas. After high school she attended TVCC, Texas A&M University and continued her education at Parker University where she graduated with a Bachelors in Anatomy, Bachelors in Health and Wellness, and a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Tera is certified in functional training, corrective exercise, sport specific training, and strength and conditioning. At a young age Dr. Tera knew the Lord put a calling on her heart to serve her community and improve the health of those around her. While she strives to be an advocate for athletes, her love for serving does not stop there. She is committed to helping all walks of life feel and perform their best. Outside of the office, you can find her cheering on all different sporting events, working in the children’s ministry at CCBC, tending to her plants and garden, and spending time with family and her beloved weenie dog, Hondo.
