I am a licensed massage therapist since 2011. I ventured out to start Palm and Sole back in 2015. My modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue and well as body work, Myofascial, Heated Stones, Ashiatsu Bar Therapy (Barefoot), Cupping, and Reflexology.

A nice foot-rub stimulating points on the feet which in turn affects other areas or organs of the body. This treatment also helps relieve tired achy feet and relief of pain due to flat feet causing plantar fasciitis. This session will include attention to your hands.
