I began my practice as a registered massage therapist in 1996. After graduation I continued to study in the fields of nutrition, cranial sacral therapy, myofascial release and visceral manipulation. This deeper knowledge formulates how I approach patient health today. All of the body's systems work in perfect harmony. Trauma both physical and emotional can upset this equilibrium. I offer my patients an integrative approach to help them achieve and maintain a healthy life balance.
