This Physiotherapy initial assessment is a comprehensive evaluation to gather information about your health, medical history, and physical condition. During this assessment, your range of motion, strength, flexibility, posture, and any areas of pain or discomfort will be examined. The initial assessment aims to identify the underlying issues contributing to your symptoms and to formulate an accurate diagnosis. The physiotherapist will discuss your goals and expectations, and based on the assessment findings, develop an individualized treatment plan. This plan may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, education on self-management, and any necessary modifications to daily activities.
