Kirsten Spouler is a graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s 3000 hour program, in 2009. Her treatment approach is geared specific to your individual needs utilizing a variety of modalities including myofascial, trigger point therapy, active and passive stretching, joint mobilization and deep tissue release. Kirsten has previously been an instructor at both Langara college and the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, teaching Manual skills and working as a clinic supervisor. She takes an interest in patient education, anatomy and postural awareness to help further accelerate a pain free lifestyle. Kirsten’s interest in anatomy led her to take part in many cadaver dissection classes to help further understand the human body. In her time off Kirsten spends her time pursuing her passion blowing glass.
We ask that new patients book a 60 minute massage so that there is sufficient time for initial assessment and treatment.
